The position of the deputy governor is to assist the elected governor of the state. And not to disrupt the business of the people of Edo state. Because the deputy governor was not elected by the people of Edo State. Therefore, he has no authority to disrupt the business of the state. And it is not written in the constitution, and as such his action was illegal and uncalled for. His behavior was disgusting, disrespectful, and disruptive. Thereby, putting the life of the elected governor in jeopardy. It is reckless in all ramifications, unconstitutional, and unacceptable to the people of Edo State. The deputy governor is creating artificial crisis in Edo State. Also, his actions could be seen as an attempted coup against the governor. And it is very shameful that the deputy governor was publicly exhibiting combative and antagonistic behavior. With the intention of bullying the elected governor of the state.

How can you go to a function without invitation from the organizer. Are you inverted ? The answer is No that is the reasons you are not allowed in. Just because you are Deputy Governor that gives you authority to attend any party in town. If commissioners for example are having function because you are Deputy Governor, you will just enter like that without invitation or with out you making phone call requesting permission that you would like to attend.

You are absolutely correct. Edo is the language spoken by Edo (colloquially, often referred to as Bini) people of Edo State. Please, no one should be confused about the two. Edo has always been a language before the new state was renamed Edo State a few years ago. In fact, the state was renamed Edo State after the defunct Bendel State in 1993. So the state name is new, but Edo language has been the acient language of the people of Edo South. Edo (Bini)people speak in Edo Language. The people of Edo North and Central speak Afemai, Etsako, and Ishan languages.

Roads that fall within the "Trunk A" category are federal roads Oshiomhole since 2015 has been somewhat of a liaison between Edo state and Federal government....He simply has been the one sitting on the contracts to maintain these roads...If his puppet becomes the governor, you'll see how quickly they'll fix these roads...Obaseki has tried to intervene severally all to no avail..these are all moves to make him unpopular
