33"? I was under the impression that he was using a 31" for some reason which just seemed crazy. I believe he's at least a foot taller than me(yah, I'm short) so when I heard that(31") I was shocked since the majority of hurls in my quiver were light 34" sticks. My favorite hurl is still a 34" from B. Barcoe in KK but it's seen better days. Tried switching to 33" Star hurls & hated them. They just so heavy in comparison. Good for free's & penalties but all that timber just wasn't for me. It just goes to show how much of a personal thing a hurl is. Getting hung up on length or brand can be a mistake. Gotta find what suits you.
