Yeah it works but even with high dex they can still hit you. With transform I have almost 10k dex then they can't almost hit u.

ye im in a ep8 priv,we cant reach 10k dex on transf (around 8500) and we still havent agiliy back,and phantom assault dark bomb still need combo,max dex i reached in yellow is around 3700+ but hunters dont miss that much ;/
