Yar I believe that everyone will agree with me when I say that many Chef try to present themself in a westernised way which doesn't suit them at all and here his presence is like a Chef connected to his roots. Shudh Desi Chef. Chahe baton ka andaz mein ho ya pakwan ho ek dum desi. I hate to buy vegetables and cooking but during pandemic, lockdown and WFH I have started helping my mother in cooking and buying vegetables (which was the only thing I left to them) and mainly coz of Chef Ranveer Brar. He made me take interest in cooking. Now I believe that everyone should cook foods coz it is one of most beautiful thing in life. I have mised it for so many years. Its an art 😇😋

I would skip the aluminum foil idea. It's actually a horrible idea to even use aluminum foil for anything , be it cooking, roasting or baking. I wash my sweetpotatoes , wipe them and put them on a cast iron tawa and cover them . They get perfectly roasted. Great recipe as usual , Ranveer . I'll definitely try it very soon. 🙂👌
