Hey King! I am here in Bergen County, NJ, too. Love your channel, man. After seeing some of your tech setup, i would be interested in learning more about your systems that you have built. Being that I work in IT (systems, Microsoft and server technologies), getting some unrelated content would be interesting. However, i would suggest that if you do do that, and it generates interest, then to create a sister channel, dedicated to it. As an example, "KingSchratz TechSnacks" or "KingSchratz - Tech Vibe" or whatever you wish. Lol. Great Stuff, man.

I just found you recently. The food content is interesting - I also love Chinese food as a comfort food. But you have a great personality, man. My dream car of all time is an Aston Martin Vantage - I did say "dream" car. I'll probably never be able to afford one. I wouldn't mind renting it for a day or two, tho, but I'll probably never buy one even if I had money to. Money is a powerful, useful resource. I'm not going to throw it away just for something I like. My other dream cars which are a little more affordable is the Jaguar F-Type and Range Rover Velar - those are still expensive but definitely more affordable than an Aston Martin. I definitely drive fast as I'm originally from Hong Kong and everyone over there are impatient af - so it's just what I'm used to. Great to see you, man, and another awesome video.

Nfn man, but what made me subscribe is that you are a quinisential north jersey dude. Would love to see expanded content with not just your tech/studio setup, but some of the surroundings of the places you are getting the food... Like would be dope to see a video of the fireplace in ridgewood even if its just a drive-around(assuming it still exists). Or like the drive from white manna to rutts hut with narration from you re:local history and/or personal history with the area. Even straight edge kids got late-night food stories in jersey. Worked for the sopranos right? Whatever you do man, keep something coming... this channel is comfort food for the north jersey diaspora!

I just tried it tonight. I was blown away. In general, I am not a huge Shake Shack fan. Also, I don't usually like anything made with Truffles, because the flavor can be overwhelming, but this Truffle Burger and Parmesan Truffle Fries are awesome. I am a now a fan.

They didn’t smush the patty all the down which is why it was as thick this time. And you were eating battered fried shallots. As a person who worked at the very first Shake Shack in Massachusetts during the early 2010s, literally friends of friends of friends ran one location in Boston. There were lines out of the door for like almost 2 years, all year long. Patties taste better when they have that sear to the meat due to the salt/pepper caramelization and the width of the patty. I met all of the owners and co-owners personally, they knew what they were doing!

Man, it was about 5 years ago when my little brother put up about 1,500 dollars and ordered parts from Newegg. Both me and him had no experience building one, but we learned alot from a KZbinr named Cory Holtzman and we did it. Still no need to upgrade it and never a single problem with it! I know a man who own’s a Bugatti , which has 16 turbochargers, BMW drivers need to chillax. He drives normal. Subaru WRX drivers are usually annoying. Never noticed BMW’s. To me Audi A8 is the dream car. Loved seeing your tech segment . I’d like to see more. Have you thought of doing a podcast?
