Bro you are my go to Skill-based build pvp youtuber. Others just use the stagger abuse mechanic to win. Cookie cutter builds all around this patch. Dual ducketts and melee No one uses cover anymore to outsmart their opponent. Others maximizes on defense just to spam zimms or gats. Assault boost spam too. But you sir are countering the meta. Showing that the pilot skills are more needed than just raw meta parts. And i thank you for that. Hats off to you raven.

And somewhat playstyle is alike that focuses evasion, cover usage and adapatabilty head:same Core:mind alpha arms:melander c3 Legs:melander Gen is VE-20B (gonna get that 150 spec lol) Ludlow, lrb, plasma missiles and the trusty vp-61ps shield. Its very hard to play against dual ducketts right now haha. Midweights got no biff this patch

Duckett ard Coquillett are bane to all shield user since the beginning. I'm also struggle to win against Duckett build in this patch as well.

melee is low skill ? XD not sure i get it, nice glaze tho. I don't see much skill in shield backpedalling gameplay, the skill is the build+knoweldge. Nothing mechanical on display on this video. It's not like that thermidor tournament video, something actually hard to pull off. I agree on cover, cover is underused.

@@datAero never said that melee alone is low skill, the way they use the handguns or even double etsujins last patch is the im referring to. Just rocking the most stability to weight ratio part and then just mindlessly holding both triggers tanking all damage since their acs is to high. Not sure how you can call that skilled based

All it took to nerf zimm rush, a staple of the meta since release, was a nerf to ocellus. As a lw main i can now dodge AND break fcs lock like i should 😊

I still wish pvp in this game let players repair. It's only three repair kits and would match the feel of the PvE AC brawls. But that ship has sailed. Awesome paint job BTW. How did you create those gradients?

Glad that you like my AC paint job ❤ For gradient, I stack 3 color on each others (green, yellow, blue) and set each one to has different gradient level.

Love seeing your videos 👍 Also not sure if this info is gonna be useful to a skilled pvp’er as yourself, but its always great to remember to keep moving different directions constantly to keep the enemy fcs (and player) themselves to re adjust their aim. Its easy to forget to do that and keep moving in one direction side to side for too long. Basically what im trying to say is keep shifting directions constantly 😅

It isn't significant, but I quite like it. Now an uncharged shot is much easier to hit. I feel it behaves like "energy bazooka.". Overall, it's more versatile and lets me have more options to choose.

Idk man, I've seen less skilled players run this exact same setup in ranked and get absolutely clapped by a variety of different builds and playstyles. I'd recommend actually trying it out and then seeing if you still think it's another mindless LRB spammer
