At he beginning of the interview the police officer says is there anything else you want to tells us,he has said something off tape. His been questioned for a murder charge, why is he talking about the man in the car, he has told the police he has been held against his will cause the man lock the door, (over this) thats what he said-- then he said at the end of this vid j he herd screaming not FireWorks!! Then he said i would never expect that to be over a song, then he said he could not be sure its over a song, remember the words NOT SURE. so it could be then. Then he heard rumors. To me the boy in the car is going to get pulled in for questioning, he just told a whole story about a boy in the car over a murder case, which means s the boy in the car has something to do with it, or am I going mad. He can't say yes it was him because he was not there. So when someone else gives a statement and ask who was there and this boy name does not come up, the police will take him as a liar. He has not told the police who killed rich, but he has told the police what it is about. To me if his supposed to be gangster, he would not even say all that cause he will be after the boy who killed his friend. All this man had to say to stop wasting time, I heard screaming when I went round the corner I saw my friend on the floor. And that's it that interview should of last 10 seconds. The police said can you tell me the story, for real what story!! How does the police know this person has a story a story of what, what is the question. Motive is important in attaining a concrete case. A witness can place you at the scene of a crime, you can still discredit that, put once they compound that snitches evidence, with another snitches evidence that now adds motive, it definetly increases the chance of conviction. Makes ot alot more believable to the jury. Many a person can be at the scene of a crime, doesnt necessisarily mean they did it.... but give a motive why, and see how the complexion of the case changes.

I am super confused why this is even up for debate.... the officer clearly states at the beginning of the interview : that he wants you to tell the story, so there is absolutely no way someone can say office so and so put the idea in your head. Rember what I said about truth. Do you understand? Donny agreed, enthusitically said yeah, yeah, sat all comfy and couldnt wait to speak. The office even said there is a reason why what happened to my man. What do you think the reason was? Donny then says, what do I think the reason was? Well..... and bang there it went.... Giving a reason as to why you think an M took place to the people dem, is providing Motive. Part of forming a strong case is having a motive. My man doing this is 100% snitching. Clearly the girls evidence was bad... that was snitching. But this is snitching too. Dry snitching, is snitching end of. I think everyone including him is confused cos not say so and so did it, means its ok. But providing a motive is very substantial in securing a conviction. Given a reason helps sell the case to the jury. Being at the scene of a crime dont make you guilty, but its a lot harder to beat the case once theres a plausible reason as to why its thought you would do it.
