Hej Michael, great you came back to AMK, still remember your first one which was "Ich geh heut nicht mehr tanzen" on my behalf some months ago, and since you really enjoyed that one I was hoping you'd do some more... You got some suggestions in the comments already , which are songs I also recommended some months ago: Roxanne, Valerie, and I'd add "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" - all of these are collabs featuring some other artists alongside AMK... User schuhschrank also mentioned Giant Rooks' cover of Bowies immortal classic "Life On Mars" - certainly great stuff which I also highly recommend! Bro, you should listen Zoé- Luna (mtv unplugged)... and by the way, this tom's diner cover i can't get over it, it's just amazingly perfect, the voices and the instrument work, AMK's best performance and giant rooks best performance as well

The song is a cover of Suzanne Vega's Tom's Diner (1987). This is a collaboration of two German bands: In the first room AnnenMayKantereit are playing and Henning May (deep raspy voice) is their singer. And in the second room Giant Rooks are playing, Frederik Rabe is their singer. A little later AnnenMayKantereit join them. The guys of AnnenMayKantereit are the older ones.. AMK does mostly German songs, Henning can also sing without that rasp, his voice is amazing, but I like Frederiks voice even more. Giant Rooks do English songs, even though they are Germans as well. One reason why I love Frederiks voice is their cover of Life On Mars (David Bowie): kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZ2seGp3mthqeq8. And my favorite original song of Giant Rooks is Nightingales Of The Walled City: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqaYoYOwdtZjn5I . It is a live performance because they haven't released it.
