Man, I have been listening to Shakey for a while now, maybe 6 or 7 years, hadn't heard his newer stuff in the last few years. He always sounds phenomenal and absolutely unique. Funny that this pops up first in my feed out of nowhere, from the Big Sky sessions; I just got to Montana (Big Sky Country) last week, about to work the sugar beet harvest and he's wearing a sugar shack hat... I discovered Shakey Graves just a few months ago when I came across his live Audiotree performance of Roll The Bones and needless to say I instantly fell in love and have been listening to him so much this summer. There's something really mesmerizing about his songs, the notes, the lyrics, even his facial expressions when he sings, nobody else is on his level or in his world. Also recently heard "Ready Or Not" where he and Sierra Ferrell collaborated, what an awesome song and video! I want those 2 to do an entire project together or at least an ep - I think they compliment each other really well. Thanks for uploading this!
