This was no less than a treat for me. I heard Tahira jee when I was a boy and didn't really know the appreciation of classic music and I still struggle with it today but am proud of the Pakistani heritage and love to know and learn from listening to these Maestros. God bless her 🙏

Bro for ur kind information, Malika pukhraj ji pakistan ki nhi hmare India ke Jammu ki singer thi 1947 Partion se pehle aur Partion ke baad wo lahore pakistan chle gye thy, 1947 se pehle wo hmari Riyasat-e-Jammu kashmir ke Maharaja Hari Singh ji ke darwar me wo song sing krti thi aur wo wo urdu bazaar me bhi sing krti thi jaha mujra hota tha aur unka birth Jammu ke Akhnoor area me hua tha jis border pr 1965 ki jung hui thi, Abhi uss urdu bazaar ka naam Rajinder bazaar ho gya hai, Parnaam hai Malika ji ko 🙏

Mere waliden (parents) aur abao ajdad (grand and great grand parents) sub India mein paida hue the toh un sab ko bhi mein Indian kahun kya? By tge way! Malika Pukhraj chahe India mein paida hui hon ya Pakistan mein, iss se aapko shayad faraq parhta ho lekin mujhe bilkul nahi. I still admire her wonderful singing 🌹🙏
