i think the person meant that auto tune wasn't so widely available during live performances. also daft punk is kinda a different taste because they are purposely using a huge amount of autotune in their songs so they definitely had some sort of playback and synthesizers during the performance, but not a mic that literally corrected/autotuned their vocals.

Yeah I don’t like JLO nor do I really listen to her music since I don’t know her but I just watched the performance and I’m in awe. The choreography is on point and both know how to hold concerts with the lighting and costumes. So beautiful en cerio But if I’m being biased I would take a shakira performance any day. She is really beautiful and knows how to move.
