Am a shakur hater, but hearing his tone, and demeanor change makes me respect him a little more. I respect the fact thats he was honest, about his goal for the fight, go in there to have fun, and make the best of it, he isn't looking for a knockout necessarily, I can respect a boxer thats is honest with the fans. The reason why many people hate Shakur too is because of the tuff talk he does, and when he gets in the ring he ain't so tuff. Shakur looks like a good dude, I don't hate him, what I hate is what people like him do to the sport, I believe people like shakur shouldn't be boxing, he is too nice of a guy, you got to have currage, you got to be a warrior, you got to be able to turn on and off your killer instincts, for their safety people like that shouldn't step into a ring. I like Shakur but he’s trippING if he thinks Loma is afraid of him. Shakur vs Loma really isn’t a good fight, though, stylistically…. Shakur doesn’t walk guys down… he has the ability to crack you when he really sees it open up, but we saw what happened when he fought a Southpaw with good footwork and power (not saying Loma is known for his power or anything) but he turned that fight into a snooze fest and operated off the back foot the entire time and rarely engaged with Edwin… Someone as talented as Shakur, that wants to be #1 in his division and wants that respect, should definitely be willing to hop in the ring with anyone and give the fans a war…. He would make sooooo much more money and would be a way bigger draw if he would engage in war with his opponents. I know he’s got all the ability to be THAT GUY… but I think he’s got too much fear of being cracked/dropped in front of his audience, and this causes him to take way less risk and not push the pace…. I don’t see Shakur fighting Loma any different than he did De Los…. And if you think that Shakur can stand in there and go toe to toe with Tank, you’re a FOOL!
