Is Jesus the revealed name of the Savior? We say Halleluyah, which means "Praise YAH." Dr. Brown says "Yeshua" is the true name of the Lord and Savior, and "Shua" means "my help", as in "salvation". YAH means "I Am", so the revealed name is YAHSHUA, which means "I AM Salvation". The prophet Isaiah testifies to the name YAH as the name of salvation "Behold, God is my salvation, 'I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation'” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV). Moses received the name YAH (Exodus 3:14-15). This name YAH is THE NAME WHICH IS ABOVE EVERY NAME. The apostle Paul says He has the name which is above every name (Philippians 2:9). The apostle Peter testified there is no other name (Acts 4:12). If there is no other name given by which we must be saved, then, why do we have so many other names not revealed by God, but produced by the tongue of man. Please explain this.

I don't think he's bothered by them as people, but rather by their false and unbiblical message. Any God-loving, Bible believing and Christ-following Christian would be irritated, or rather, frustrated with lies being spread and with the Gospel being misrepresented. So, there's nothing out of the ordinary and what Dr. Brown is pointing out in the video is that their message is so wrong and fake that they're not even able to recognize the correct pronunciation of a simple word such as "shalom". This makes it even more evident that they need to repent and put their trust in the God of the Bible, not the god of their own imagination as dictated by their false teaching. Any loving Christian should say what Dr. Brown says in order that those who are deceived open their eyes and that they may come to repentance.

For mankind has not retained in his knowledge the name of salvation revealed from God. “But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God’” (Matthew 4:4). “And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord YAHSHUA, giving thanks to God the Father through Him” (Colossians 3:17). Objection: God has many names! False: “And God spoke to Moses and said to him: “I am the Lord. I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as EL SHADDAI, but by My name Lord {YAH} I was not known to them” (Exodus 6:2-3). Proper formal name YAHOSHUA.

~ A Christian leader was arrested and placed on trial, and what he testified to was startling. The apostle Peter gave this testimony: “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). There is no other name! Upon hearing the name, the reaction of the Sanhedrin Court in Jerusalem was extreme. The apostles were forbidden to teach or say the name of salvation, the one name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved: FORBIDDEN! Why forbidden? Apparently, since the Babylonian invasion of the Kingdom of Judah in 587 BC, the Jews have been hiding the name of God from the Gentiles (non-Jews) for fear of the Gentiles profaning the name of God. Inquiring minds want to know: “What is the one and only name of salvation revealed from God?” To find out, we turn to another Nazarean leader of the believers in Christ, the apostle Paul (Acts 24:5). Paul is an associate of the apostle Peter. (The title of “apostle” is from the Greek word “apostolos”, a “person sent”, to be an apostle is to be one directly sent, or commissioned, by Christ). Before he became an apostle, his name was Saul, and he persecuted the Christians. What caused him to change? It started on the road to Damascus when he “saw a light from heaven,” and encountered the Lord, who asked him in the Hebrew language, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute Me?” Paul, called Saul at the time, asked, “Who are You, Lord?” The Lord answered him in Hebrew giving His name. For more on the conversation between the apostle Paul and the Savior, read all about it in Acts 26. What was the name given to Paul on the road to Damascus? We have a clue given in one of the apostle Paul’s epistles, where he writes: “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name…” (Philippians 2:9). What is the name which is above every name? And, why is this name so important? Before we pursue the name, let us look at why the name is so important by looking at the essence of the Gospel found in John 3:16-18, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. ‘He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.’” It appears that to reject this one revealed name given under heaven for salvation is to stand condemned! The difficulty for many is the changeability of language in that God’s revealed name has been subjected to changes. In the modern version of the Bible we have “Jesus”, however, this name has only existed since the 17th century. We find a different name in the 1611 English Version of the Bible, for it is not the name “Jesus” (gee-sus), but rather the name Iesus (ee-sus). Where did Iesus come from? From Iesous, which is a transliteration of Yeshua. This is the difficulty, there are four different names, and none of them are given under heaven. Some say the English name for the Savior should be Joshua. The Italians and Spanish have different names as well (Gesu and Hey-zeus). Now the count of names is up by seven different names, so which one is the one name that is given under heaven by which we must be saved? Clearly, the Heavenly Father revealed a certain name, and apparently, we have lost the name of salvation through linguistic evolution serving to hide the true and only name of salvation. To continue the search for the revealed name from heaven, that the apostles knew, we again begin our search for the name which is above every name. Before the birth of Christ, an angel came to Joseph between the years of 7 and 4 BC, and said to him, “And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name YAHSHUA, for He will save His people from their sins” (Matthew 12:21). YAHSHUA means, “I AM Salvation.” And this name was given from Heaven, and it was a commandment from the Father, “You shall call His name YAHSHUA…” This name, YAHSHUA, has “the name which is above every name.” The meaning of ‘shua’ is, “My help,” or “Salvation.” The apostle Paul actually meant, “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA, every knee should bow, of those in Heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:9-11). Christ told them that He was YAH! “YAHSHUA said to them, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM {YAH}’” (John 8:58). What have we learned: 1) The name which is above every name is “YAH.” 2) Every tongue, every language, is to know this one name “YAHSHUA.” the only name of salvation! 3) The Savior told the people that He is “YAH.” 4) YAHSHUA is the only name by which we must believe and be saved. The prophet Isaiah testifies to the name of salvation, he writes, “Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation’” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV). In Psalm 68:4 (NKJV), “Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him who rides on the clouds, By His name Yah, And rejoice before Him.” Good News Flash: Behold, the one and only revealed name for our salvation: “YAHSHUA!” Any name not revealed by the God of the Bible regarding our salvation is a counterfeit name, for there is only one name by which we must be saved. Halleluyah, Praise YAH! Praise “YAHSHUA!” Now choose, which is the one name of Salvation: Jesus, Iesus, Iesous, Yeshua or YAHSHUA?
