I finally decided this year, that I need therapy, I need to make time to workout and I need to make time for my own health. It feels great to be seen. This was beautifully said. Found this channel a few months ago,and I am better for it.. I’m 44 yrs old,and decided many yrs ago that parenthood wasn’t going to be a part of my life. However for 3 years I was a full time nanny for my nephew who blessed our family w Down Syndrome. He’s given us all a bit of magic in our lives. I think many parents of children w “very special needs” ( and they are all so very special and a blessing to us all ) probably needed to hear this very real, and very tender point of view. Sharing these emotions is quite a gift to many. Thank You for just being an awesome person - who’s a part of an awesome family.. As my BFF would say “You did Good.”

Poor little guy, seems like he’s been catching everything lately. On the subject of self-care, one of the best things I‘ve ever done for myself was to go to therapy. It can be hard at times when working through everything, but just having someone that listens without judging is fantastic. It was an amazing experience has helped me grow in so many ways. I highly recommend it if you’re open to it.

Stephanie the Lord led me to this online Church many years ago after the Holy Spirit showed me the Rapture was soon. Go back and watch some of the older teachings. The Lord had this Pastor learn Hebrew so he could give us the deeper understandings. His mission from God is to prepare God’s people to leave in the Rapture. My understanding of the Word has greatly increased and I have gotten so close to Jesus. I pray you will be blessed! We go home soon!!! No more suffering! Much Love ✨🕊✨

I have been following you for a while and I love Sebastian. You were given Sebastian for a reason, god's gift I am happy you have a counselor, you need to get all your emotions out. You are just amazing and very open with feelings as it should be. You should be allowed to talk about this. You have just been open and honest and exposed and yet still somehow strong. Sebastian still is beautiful even if he is sick. I can see the love and feel the love you 3 have for each other. It is hard to go through the rough times with someone who needs constant care.
