There were times you were showing your vulnerable side, subconsciously pulling a self depreciating humor, or sometimes just felt like you're hiding your sadness. But after all, me and everyone here are still watching your contents. Seeing how much your channel grows, seeing you change as a person, seeing how little you are switching languages on cam, now. It's amazing. And so sorry for your father, my condolences. I hope you're doing fine, your family will be blessed with happiness and joy that you will be even happier in the long run. i also do feel like my skin is more glowing & healthier by consuming pregnancy suplements lol (apparently it contains niacinamide so) (and also i do self care) but glad to hear you somewhat ‘recovered’ from whatever you have been through in the past, as someone who also dealt with trauma i am filled with hope now 😊 (also abt journaling! even my therapist asked me to do journaling too)

Awww, it's so sweet. Setuju banget sama take care of yourself itu ngaruh banget. Kalo untuk aku, selfcare mulai dari hal-hal kecil dulu, hehe. Dulu aku sering nyepelein hal-hal kecil itu, tapi aku coba ubah pelan-pelan dan memang ngerasa banget ngaruhnya. Terutama makanan dan minuman, bener-bener aku coba kurangin makanan dan minuman manis, sesekali cheating tapi badan kerasa lebih much better, wkwk. My face skin tone has also changed recently to a brighter side. However, there are still uneven parts lol (working on it). I can say it's due to the less exposure of sunlight I got because I've been working from home for these past three years so I'm mostly at home (still make sure I don't skip sunscreen) and only go out when the sun starts to end its shift 😂 Btw, my sincere condolences to you. I hope your father is now in His best ever place. Amen
