It might possibly be because Dr Kedar only had a limited amount of time to give his talk. That’s usually the case with some public speakers. They have to shorten their talks, and leave out certain information in order to meet a timeframe or deadline. I’ve observed cases like that myself.

This is a brilliant video. Some of the things that were described about the Middle Eastern mindset are important to know about, like tribalism, traditions which they stick to and Islam. There is tribalism on one side and parochialism on the other. (at 42.00 onwards). Some of it was almost like a bad comedy, like the happening in Libya after Gaddafi was deposed. The parliament building in Tripoli which was taken over by one militia of tribe and was attacked by another tribe that didn’t like it, fought each other and demolished the building. (at 37.00 onwards) This is a result of tribalism, sadly. I was so shocked when I heard that, I laughed for a couple of seconds. Then when I thought more about it, I realised how sobering the reality is, and how much I don’t understand the culture or the Middle Eastern mindset.

The tribalism is elevated to the level of a religion and converted into sharia by mahomadanism. The Romans had irrigation systems along their roads and they used to tender out the maintenance of the road to locals who would be allowed to plant olive trees there. What did the arab conquerers do? They brought in goats and everyone knows what goat do to trees.

The Torah is what actually kept you from being Jewish.W/o the Torah you wouldn't even be in Israel today. It is most likely that your grandparents and if not them then their parents were Torah observant and that is the reason why you even exist. How about a little appreciation and thank you to G-D for making us and keeping us? + the Torah was the only book in history given in front of millions of people. All other religions started with 1 person. Judaism started by 600,000 men + their families

@Salamwamat11 жыл бұрын
mrvn000 No sir, in the ME is different. Tribalism, or Hamullahs in Arabic (great families) wins the mood of all. Each Muslims is first loyal to his family and greater family ===> tribe, and you can detect any Arab person by his long name and know exactly who he is, what is first loyalty. Islam doesn't recognize Muslim' nation but gather them all under one umbrella. In late 19th century the Muslims reacted to European nationality wake up which had formally began in 1848 and they started to perform themselves as Arabs. Until then the noun Arab refered only to those who lived in Saudi peninsula. The people of the Muslims tribes in the ME were called then Muhammadi'n or Muhammadiun (in plural) - the believers in Allah and Muhammad. Calling Arabs by themselves or others for more than 100 years didn't change the nature of Muslims lives and consciousness. As we see since the "Arab spring" the Arab nations revealed the emptiness on the term "nation" in Islam culture. The crash proved to all that nothing was really behind the term Arab peoples / nations. Islam doesn't see the its believers not equal and he defy them as Muslims and the rest of the human non-Islamic world as Kafir, which means heretic, apostate, infidel who has to choose whether to convert to Islam of the be dead.

Aviem Farkash to Religionskill: You should study more history of the ME and of the Jews. "Long walls" is against harmful intruders, I hope that we were can build "long walls" in the internet too. I heard that half of Europe and the US are building "long walls" too. America is at continuous war since its birth. How do you explain that? But what these issues have to do with the subject of the lecture?
@catherinehodge76243 жыл бұрын
There is so much left out! Violence begets violence begets violence- you do not talk about the origins of these so called Tribes, but if you want to understand the fruit you must identify the tree or trees. Why is violence the very soul and DNA of these people? You speak but you leave out more than you say. Speak all the truth not selective truths. " His" that is god's ways are ways of pleasantness and all his paths are peace therefore whose paths are these groups following if not God. Hmmm!

Definitely some extremely important points made by this man which definitely help to have a perspective on certain aspects of the middle east, but the self importance bordering on arrogance and the seemingly racist comments like 'tribal behavior' and the way he totally slighted Iran, all of this coupled with the way he smirks when speaking these certain things about other people and their culture's, and then the final chunk of his deception was when he smugly held up Israel as the perfect way to go about things, it was disgraceful. This arrogant conceited fear monger did nothing whatsoever to talk about how people might attempt to overcome the differences that he correctly pointed out they have, everything about what he said was just to be destructively divisive, with the aim of molding minds to a particular ideology by elevating the interests of himself and his own State of Israel. This is so obviously directly connected to The Oded Yinon Plan, which was written and published around 1982 and is an Israeli strategic plan to ensure Israeli regional superiority. To bring about this Zionist Plan for the Middle East, there needs to be a destabilizing covert attempt to fracture the colonial construction of a patchwork of Countries that is the Middle East, leaving Israel as the strongest and possibly largest State in the region, a number of smaller tribes in the way he is proposing will be a lot easier to dominate. This thief of justice is as see through as a pane of glass, his true agenda is so transparent when you critically analyse what he says, especially when you add to that the fact he offers in no way whatsoever any consolation to the majority of people who try to get along, nor does he offer any help, he is as sick minded and spirited as the people he speaks against in this video, and no doubt in his daily life. The title of this video is most definitely a Freudian slip, because it is Dr. Mordechai Kedar, his ideology and people of his ilk who is the "Terror Unmasked" here. You see when I started watching this video I was initially pleased to hear a somewhat true perspective on some important facts, but as it went on it became obvious that it was a brainwashing attempt to propagate just one particular ideology.

Micky Hotpot Thats some BS. Pointing out tribalism and the difference from the Western culture does not make him a racist. Thinking is does is exactly the political correctness that prevents the West from understanding the Muslim culture. If you would have listened to it through, you would have also seen how he suggests to solve the issues. You obliviously came to hear what you wanted to with this kind of reply.
