Hello and thank you, again your timing is impeccable, listened on a Sunday. I've had a session with you in the past. Wow. I don't know where else to reach out with this so I'll try here as I welcome any and all insight. Short story: I smoked for years, I was carrying huge amounts of guilt about it as I'm a singer. One day I was compelled to speak to my "higher self" and ask for help to quit. Surrendering. My emotional state was very very "heavy" and in my desperation I also verbally called out to the higher mind of all sentient beings on the planet for help, (not sure why). My body began to vibrate, my extremities buzzing so much that I could not maintain the energy and forced myself to "come down". (a similar experience I had while in your session). I haven't smoked a single cigarette since (4 years) that afternoon and I am not sure exactly what transpired. Did I unwittingly trigger a natural rewiring of my brain/nervous system/soul? Any clarity would be greatly appreciated.
