Honestly, they would be unwise not to use this in the reboot. This OST is one of the most iconic elements of the original Anime.

It will most likely be in the reboot, but it's hard to say how big of a role it will play. Takei sensei was pretty adamant about the fact he wants the old songs to be a part of the reboot and he won't sign anything until he can use them. But there will also be new songs, the composer and the music director for the series are both the same people who worked on the soundtrack of my hero academia. Imagine being Takei sensei and walking up to them like, look I get that MHA S5 os airing the same season as shaman king starts, but the two of you are going to make my show sound good. Honestly I am pretty happy about that, the old OST had really good songs, but the music direction was not great. I'm sure the new team will find a good balance between old and new OST and at very least will use them properly ^^'

旧作で既に完成度高かったアニメ 新作は見たかった演出が含まれて完成されていたな、、、 でも、所々削除されていた昔のアニメで流せてた部分も含めて映像化してほしかった、、、(欲張りかww)
