I have trouble visualising normally. The picture just doesn’t come into my head. However within around 5 minutes of listening to the drumming I felt ‘called’ underground to a beautiful forest. My spirit animal showed itself and gave me some incredible insight into my current reality. When I looked up the meaning of my spirit animal I was blown away as it was exactly what I was told. Just amazing! Thank you so much . Peace ☮️ and love ❤

We all suffer loss of connection to our ancestors, indeed to our children, since they do not, to the same extent. Martin and shamanism made rationally accessible in this teaching is a lifeline to this energy, greatly needed in this time.

I'm finding that shamanism is as much in healing our ancestors and addition to reestablishing that connection with them. They still have so much wisdom to share if we'll only listen.

So many people bickering and complaining about what is "authentic" and what isn't "authentic." It is those who are complaining and wasting time on this endeavor who are the ones who haven't a clue about spiritual journeying of any kind. If they were, they wouldn't be concerned about mundane thoughts on "authenticity" and "labels." Nor have they experienced anything beyond eating, sleeping, sex, pooping and peeing. :D

people like to think to much and do to little, 99% of the information you find online about these subjects aren't meant to help you learn how to do anything its just mental masturbation. actually practicing and dedicating much time is the only way.

My feet and hands are usually icy cold (does anyone know what this means by the way?) but now my whole body is warm and I feel rejuvinated. Sometimes when I meditate I see myself at the head of half a circle, but now I felt like I was in the middle of it. I didn't visually meet my power animal, but I am pretty sure it is with me.

Thank you :-) I don't understand why people are interpreting your brief explannation into what one particular way of journeying might be, to mean that you 'aren't a shaman'. Shamanism is a very individual practise and only the individual knows whether they are called to work shamanically, and whether they have had any training. I think people are a bit quick with some assumptions :-) But that's just my view!

I have been to a lot of drumming's and so called shaman trainings.. but I still like the core shamanic practice best.. filters out all the culturally specific stuff. emphasis on ..'Stuff'.. everyone has free will do it however you want. www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Ddigital-music&field-keywords=pure+theta+tones

Found this now, as the Harner Drumming track started to annoy me for it bad beating of the drum. I got my own drum too, but if I want to focus completely or need a quieter solution, drumming tracks are helpful. !!! Seriously! ! At 8: 56 I sat up fast up w major heart palpitations and anxiety. I did basic meditation and let my mind search different landscapes, I ended up on the Ridge of a pine forest with a wolf. Explaining that I should never fear anything and am never alone. Also that I should stay wise and cautious and not feel guilty for feeling alarmed all the time and cautious .. That is powerful. first time w that. I am amazed . I wasn't able to actually formulate speech or hear any responses from the multiple animals that visited me. But I mostly danced and touched and swam with them and they interacted with me as a loose unit of demonstrated advice and assisted energy transfers. Towards the end I felt a wash of heat beneath my skin that surfaced as a sensation of coolness and it pulled me to consciousness before the call back. I don't know what happened that altered the experience from what was led to be expected.

I’m new to this. And I just started this particular beat. Unfortunately, I did not meet my spirit animal. What I experienced was peculiar. i started with a view of me, kind of driving (seems like it) on trail in the forest, then moved to the mountains, then back to the forest, and here’s where it gets really odd - it went pitch black. Then. When I try to get on it again, I am in this endless dark abyss with different colors and shapes. I started with blue, then magenta, then green, for a moment white, then back to blue, and then i heard the drum call to go back. What could that mean? It was an awesome feeling to be honest. Its almost like i was just foating through.

Admittedly I know very little but if anyone knows any sounds that might be associated with the culture, it'd be really useful. For now, I'm at drums, bells, chants, and the khomus
so i journeyed to a snowy forest where i made campfire and waited for my spirit animal to appear. the drumming wasnt long enough..i couldnt see it. :/ awesome journey anyways!

I have 10 frame drums, 10 inch to 36".. 3 are fibersin. you can tune the skin drums up with a hair dryer.. I use a handy 'Heat Gun', cheap at harbor freight cause I have a lot of drums... heat in circles it is HOT.!.. circle around.. touch the skin tap it all the way around, circle.. touch.tap.. I keep my drums SEALED in large plastic bags. I hear you can heat the skin up and rub a thin layer of bee's wax on both sides.. tho I have not done that.
