Wow oh wow I was swirled in light getting brighter as I headed East I felt like I was on sand with sound of the drums when I went South I was deep in a forest in a clearing I met my guide I couldn’t see them I just felt him near I asked him to cuddle and comfort me then lead me North the landscape changed frequently until we got to the water I saw myself my true self with no scars no bits missing there was no hesitation getting into the water to regain all of me I wept uncontrollably! First time I have cried in a long long time I’ve been so strong when hurting I’ve been so strong when in fear I’ve been so strong when I’ve been in physical pain. I’ve been too strong! I came out of that cool water whole again! OH MY DEAR FREIND I WILL HAVE TO COME BACK TO THIS FABULOUS HYPNOTIC JOURNEY UNTIL I BELIEVE IN MYSELF AGAIN!
