I use these various sessions pretty regularly now. This musical composition and work is excellent for breath working and meditations. Thanks again! So I just tried this myself...Granted I do breath work everyday so... If you can sync your breath with inhale = eeehhhhhh sound and exhale = ooooohhhh sound full duration and changing with it (which will slow your breathing radically) I can assure you massive ASC... no chemicals other than breathing... Then the four counts come and you can experiment with different counts. At your own risk of course...DO NOT attempt while in water, operating anything at all, in situations that require attention to the environment and etc....and for many/most I'm sure just standing is a bad idea.... sober, safe, and sitting/laying down setting is best for most I think. (to start) If you have medical problems check with the doc BEFORE messing with breathing work... I'm going to have play this stuff on surround sound, outside by a fire pit...AWESOME work
