That's cool! I happen to think the acting is better in the US version. I also think the US Mickey is a lot more realistic than the one depicted in the UK, especially one who grew up in the hood.

***** Yeah I really don't like the UK version. The camera work, the acting, the storylines are all better in the US version and it seems to me like the only people to really disagree have all been people from the UK. However, a lot of the show can't even be compared really because they're so different.

caedyn milkovich thats the point its Over acted to the point of being obviously false whereas the UK version has a very special reality to it. the actors really did absorb their characters whereas the US actors seem, well, plastic, and don't really bring the spirit of the character to life

Darren foster Really? Alright, let's play that game. Pissing matches are always fun! Yeah, we've got a name for that "very special reality." It's called "low budget" and "subpar acting." Although I will admit, the dude who played Frank in the UK version cracked me up. Of course, the Frank in the US version is hilarious as well. So it's a win-win all around. But I meant what I said about the US Mickey. The dude's a good actor and plays it like he's been the hood and I'm not just talking Chicago or NYC but throughout the states. Either he's a good study or his been around the block.
