Shami Kabab Recipe | Lucknow Style Shami Kabab | Eid Ki Dawat Special Recipe

Ingredients:-
500 g mince ( keema )
1/2 cup chana daal ( 100 g )
1 onion
1 tbsp heaped ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mango powder or lemon juice
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp pepper corn
1 Black cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 mace
2-3 bay leaves
8-20 cloves
1 onion fine chopped
2-3 green chillies
mint leaves
coriander leaves

I made these, and they are so delicious. I served them to my nanni, and she said that they reminded her of her childhood days when she lived in Hyderabad (we live in the US now). She was very happy. This is a great recipe, they taste just like kabobs I have eaten at shaadi’s, really must try :)
