Kabab Recipe | Mutton shami Kabab | Bohra Kharas|Bohra Thal recipe
Ingredients:
Mutton Kheema - 500g
Chana dal-200g
3-4 Cloves of Garlic
Ginger-2 Inch
2-3 Green Chillies
Red Chilly Powder-2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder- 1&1/2 tsp
Jeera powder-1&1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1tsp
Garam masala-2 tsp
Chopped Mint Leaves
Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 eggs
salt to taste
oil for Frying
Method:
-Firstly Soak Chana dal for 2-3 hrs.
-After Cook chana dal in a pressure cooker for about 2-3 whistle,Adding 1/2 tsp turmeric powder & salt.
Don't Over cook.
-After cooking Chana dal,strain and cool in a strainer & keep aside.
-Now in a pan Cook mutton Kheema,Adding 1 glass of water,Ginger-Garlic-chilly paste & salt to taste.
-Close the lid & cook for 25-30 minutes.
-Now open lid & cook again on a very high flame till kheema water Dries.
-let cool the cooked Kheema.
-Now in a bowl Mix kheema & dal well.
-Grind kheema & dal together.
-Transfer Grinded Kheema & dal in a Mixing Bowl.
-now Add Red Chilly Powder,Coriander Powder,Black Pepper Powder,Jeera powder
Turmeric Powder,Garam masala,Chopped Mint Leaves,Chopped Coriander Leaves & salt to taste.
Mix well
-make a Oval shaped Shami kabab.
-Dip in Egg Mixture.
-Deep Fry on a High Heat.(don't fry on a low heat other wise kabab will break)
-Enjoy with Mint Chutney.
