OSHA passed regulations that doesn't allow it any more after the death of the trainer in Orlando

@@JPL1311 I hate osha, they just want to look like big heroes, we have seen higher numbers of deaths in bull Riding but osha thinks that’s ok but trainers in the water with orcas at their own risk isn’t allowed, dawn wasn’t in the pool with Tilikum when she died, he pulled her in, it could have happened here and it could still happen today.
