Тушеное мясо из говядины плюс специи. Очень вкусно. Пожалуйста, перечислите 20 специй для тушения . Я мариную мясо с 4 специями тоже вкусно получается. душистый горошек, лавровый лист, гвоздика, тмин, перец красный. Лук репчатый, чеснок, карри..горчица сухая. Всего по чуть чуть.
