Anyway guys. The filter inside is covered with plastic so you have to took that off first. I just forgot to show in the video. Coz i was excited that time🤣✌🏻 and the upper part is the one to blow clean air while the 2sides suck dirty air. As of now our purifier works well, my husband and kids no longer sneeze every morning😄 though there is still and will not totally disappear.

I don't think you took the plastic off the filter inside... The top part should blow clean air and the side should suck air, po.
