Speaking as a guy who had an older brother and sister, getting the fuck beat out of you by your older siblings is no fun. One time my brother hit me with brass knuckles on my shoulder and gave me a blood clot, I thought he broke my arm. One time he choked me until one of the blood vessels in my eye burst. I admit, I was annoying, but damn, if that was a parent doing that it would be called abuse, but since its your sibling people think of it as somewhat normal.
