Lebwaba was older; Sanchez was older; Julio was older; Barerra was older; Marquez is older; Delahoya is older; Mosely is older. Pacquiao is my favorite current fighter but I wouldn't say he has the best footwork. It is tough to quantify. He sometimes gets his balance off or lands in a bad position because he guns it so quick. But at this stage of his career he had the FASTEST feet by far and it was absolutely elite and top 5 footwork for sure. His feet still make solid fighters like Bradley and Vargas look like amateurs. His calves are enormous too!
