Thanks for the great video!! Ive never mounted a bird or takem classes i would like to.but hob wont.allow ive always wanted to.do taxidermy and i am going to try and mount my boys turkey he got this year wish me luck.i hope it turns out great haha!!

Thanks for the great videos I have a question what do you think about using pan pastels to finish deer I'm looking for a different way of doing it I'm more old school I've been using Sally Danes just using oils and stippling and it's turning out pretty good but I just wanted to do something different get your take on it I seen you do turkey heads with both by the way they look great

since you do the leg and wing separate when mounting. do you cut the leg and wing of with the skin still on it before you skin the rest of the body.
