You might be able to up your milk supply if you get a more “traditional” pump the wearable ones never seem to get enough milk out. At least for me I can get 2x more milk out with my regular pump

My breastfeeding journey: baby 1 - 8lbs only one month then she was on lactose free formula. I needed refrigerated cabbage leaves on my boobs bc they got hot and hard. Baby 2 - 10lb he had breastmilk and formula till 7 months Baby 3 9lbs he had breast for 1 year Baby 4 8lbs she had breast for 3 years !! ❤

You should start alternating between breastfeeding and giving her the put away liquid gold lol ✨🍼 So you can give your body enough time to rebuild milk supply …
