My custom icon used to show for the shortcut I created to Android, but now it's just some generic icon. It displays correctly when PowerApps home screen is loaded. Has something changed?

How can I achieve the same with a model driven Power Apps app? I tried to update the icon but from the Power Apps launcher is still shows the custom icon

Steven if you edit the app on the first screen there is an Icon setting. Change that and you get a new look. 😎

I do have the problem lastly, that my custom Icons (which i added month ago) are just poorly loaded or eventuell only "half loaded". I need to readd my custom Image and publish it..anyone got that problem?

I had that problem with a client this week actually. Just uploaded again and all was fine. Weird.

It has been happening for me too. You can add the icon back but it keeps happening. Hopefully a bug that Microsoft will fix soon.
