I had alot of anger due to a neighbor throwing alot of negativity towards me and many. She dont know me. Her kids follow her foot steps and ladt night they gave my the dirtiest look for jo reason just because they mom is disliking me for indontnknow what reason. Again we dontnknow eachother personally. I keep to myself and focus on my life. But after listening to this I feel lifted off with anger/aniexty and I start to feel like a cool tempeture keep in my I was feeling heated and my blood pressure was going up that's how angry I was getting. I know spiritual stuff runs down my family line but I dont know much of this music. But whatever it is,it is helping. Thank you!
