Most definitely know the building, as it’s a luxury name all by itself. For 1500 sq. ft approximately , an asking price of 1.95 million I believe .... I have to say that it still looks and feels a bit tight, but far greater than most condos in Toronto with a paltry 650 or so sq. ft. Obviously a nice property, a SUPER location, but at close to 2 million plus all other costs listed and not listed, I feel In my opinion, I feel I would keep searching. Toronto is just one of those cities where condos are defined by very small and tight spaced. But back to my first sentence, the name of the property , the Shangri-La is already known as a luxury name. Final verdict - think I would need to continue looking, again in my opinion.
