Her voice videos and concerts made me a huge fan in the 90s and early 2000, but this isn't the Shania I came to admire she looks like she's really reaching with the outfits, silly and over the top dancers, by the comments she looks like she's getting props for the 15-year layoff that miserable ex husband of hers

that's not how playback works... singers pre record new unedited versions of the song previous to the show, this pre recordings are even a bit flat sometimes or have some flaws, heavy breathing etc to make it more natural and realistic. it's not a bad thing, she needs to do it and plus, she earned that right... she's shania twain for god's sake haha
