I’ve been to three of her concerts and two of them we had front row seats in Vegas. She ad libs hardly ever. Sounds just like her original versions and does not use lip sync or auto tune. Amazing voice. And she wrote her songs for her unique voice. What a talent and what a performer.

I absolutely love her music. All of the songs, always. You've Got A Way. OMG. My 2 year old grandson loves all her music also and when we are in my car demands we listen to her music. One of his first words a year ago now was Shania. Shania you have absolutely no idea how much you and your music means to people (even very little people) This Gammy and her Charlie love you!

I always come back to this performance compared to the original soundtrack. The live band nailed the background music to the soundtrack but Shania's voice is more prominent here. It is my favorite performance of hers. Thank you for uploading this performance!

@@j2m1c Oh, I used to think this performance isn't live, till I watched this interview on the guitar player for her COME ON OVER and UP tours and her show performances. It was all MUTT LANGE behind the live production to replicate the soundtrack to sound almost the same. The funny part of the interview was, how Randall Waller got the job on the tour. There was another guitar player, who toured with Bruce Springsteen but he couldn't replicate the sound to the original Shania soundtrack and he was fired by Mutt Lange. That is how Randall Waller got the job! (my interpretation of the story might be abit off as this was a long interview). After this interview, I have a whole different view of Shania's concert, it is not a country concert but a evolved rock concert that was ahead of it's time with their production. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nJPMe6SDrdOBqac Mutt Lange is such a perfectionist that even during the recording of The Woman In Me, he paid for most of the production of the album to make it sound country but with rock influence and perfected the sound. Shania got really rich as a singer due to Mutt Lange and her paying for most of the album production for Mercury Records and they get to do create the album they wanted and made a bigger profit cut on album sales then any artist. That is why Shania's net worth is more than Mariah Carey and Shania hardly does any brand endorsement. I seen interviews from Bryan Adams and Cory Churko that they mentioned, Mutt Lange is a genius and he will not work for you if you have no talent whatsoever. That is why you can see Mutt Lange's production in most of the top ten best selling albums of all time. The performance you presented is a concert, she probably had sing alot of songs before hand, so usually singers will use a more comfortable keys to pull through the entire concert. This performance is a singular song performance and you could hear the background sound a little bit different from the original. I think the best indication of Shania able to sing live is her You're Still The One performance in Diva's Live. She started rocky in the beginning but after that, she sounded like the original! That is my favorite live performance of the song. :) Sorry I have too much info on Shania's career and this is a great way for me to share. Sorry about the long ass comment. Have a great day!

I have always thought this to be a Sacred, Holy Song; and among Shania's very best, here sung live with Peerless Purity, Emotion, and Power. I do find it almost Inconceivable that Lang betrayed this woman; such a gifted man, yet his lack of principle led to his downfall. A gross mistake of passion perhaps? Was he Contrite? Should Shania have forgiven him and not remarried? Questions to ponder.

Believe it or not some people have a perfect pitch , Karen Carpenter did which Shania has said was one of her favorite singers .Shania was at her peak here . H. Rivas I absolutely ❤️ both Shania and Karen!!! But I absolutely HATE lip syncing. I know Karen probably did it once or twice because of pressure from TV producers in the 1970s. However, this was supposed to be live.....but I cannot tell. I’m gonna side with Shania here, because I know her voice was capable of this then.
