Make rajma in a pressure cooker: atleast one pressure at the end so that all the masala’s get mixed nicely. Also, add a ghee ka tadka at the end.

Samira next time you can soak it overnight and add the onions salt and chilli and garlic and ginger all together in the pot with water. And let it boil until the water soaks it up and mix as usual.
