@@vetrivelmurukan4337 But for U. Ve. Sa (a brahmin) sincere efforts we would have lost all the Sangam Tamil classics. He patiently gathered all the manuscripts. There are 19 direct references to andhanar and their Vedic practices in Puranaanooru. In fact, many of the Sangam poets were Brahmins. Ravana who played Veena himself is a Brahmin. Agathiyar who is adept in playing Veena (Yaazh) is also a Brahmin. Tolkaapiyar is a brahmin. Nearly 10,000+ lines of Sangam works were contributed by Brahmins. Nachinarkiniyar who wrote commentaries on important Sangam works is a brahmin. Having said that people from different walks of life have contributed to Tamil culture. The point I want to drive is that music is beyond caste, sex, and religion. Kindly do not bring the caste angle to this forum.
