06:00 is me in the video. And my experience is I've waited for more than 3 hours since morning and so many of my colligue are waiting since 09:00am in the morning which they told will be scheduled by 10:00 am. But they started interview by 09:30. What they do is first they collect our resume by 3-4 staffs +2 more and they messed up our resume . They didn't even know where exactly our resume is handed over too. They didn't give a proper space for us too and was too noisy. We are pushing and pulling like ants on the ground. On the other hand, they were searching for Franfinn students and taking numbers. Chit chatting under themselves. The first question they asked when they first meet us is, "Are you a Frankfinn student!?" When we said no, they ignored us. And if a person said yes... give me your resume and ctc no.!? After sometimes, we asked what happened and when can they call us. They again asked, where's your resume!? Which was already taken by them B4. They asked us to search our resume again. When we search, one of their staff come and start shouting like leave for the day leave for the day. I approached to another staff and asked what's happening and what the hell on earth is this type of interview amd he said wait for some more time ma'am. I came back home leaving for the day and didn't join even for the first round. My point is that if they want Frankfinn students and experience crew, just mentioned it only or within their own groups . No need to say walkin interview or so. Coz many are coming from far places to join and creak the interview. It's not a jock 😡😡

Don't worry.. shank air have no experience.. They are learning themselves... better to give Goodluck to them dealing with hard indian aviation market

@@moreabdul8694 maybe she came early that’s Whyy she got selected. Because at the last they said we are hiring only experienced candidates .. bcuz that tym some experience crew had came .

And one of my frn who is also working as a ground staff got selected and even selected in Lukhnow too but you know what they asked after two days to submit DD amount too and she request them that she needs to go back home and bring the money obviously inshan hai she needs few days...they even said yes after 3-4 days when she called back to HR... They told her she isn't applicable and got rejected. They also told her that she can't even submit DD on time and how can she become a cabin crew which is worst and got insulted. My friend got hurt and cry so much. What the hell!!! I'm never going back to this airline.

​😅​@@ChnChn-c2s yes I also got selected there and they were demanding 1 lakh demand draft on 15 of Oct i didn't join it cause I didn't find any profit in it . And now they are demanding 2 lakh dd I am mean what the hell is this ??😂😂

I am from chandigarh and mne jane se pehle 5,6 videos dekhi thi or mne calculation kiya like my rapido or ola expenses from my house 😅 + DDA + time + patience and after calculation mne socha ki kbhi bhi new air lines nhi jaungi interview dene I am done with Indigo, Air India 😅 for more explanation watch Crew movie 🤣🤣🤣🤣
