Yep always thought she was so pretty on our house too. I think the last season on 90210 the college season she became even more beautiful. I'm not sure why but the last season when she was in college something changed she flourished she became even more beautiful than she already was but just in a different way maybe it was that she looked more like a woman the last season and before that she looked like a baby but yes very beautiful

I never met Shannen but like many I grew up watching BH 90210. I was always curious to know about her since there were so many rumors about her in the 90s. ( I also thought she was gorgeous but that is besides the point right now) Sure enough, the tabloids bs could be debunked after seeing who Shannen really was. I hope she found peace by sharing her true story in her later days, especially through her podcast. Although she was far from done, I feel. Countless times did I press the heart icon on her instagram stories when she shared stories for animals in need, which she often did. I never met Shannen in a physical sense but I had the privilege of knowing of her. May you rest in peace, beauttiful and loved Shannen♥

It’s not hard to deduce that her being let go from 90210 was more complicated than that. She was a difficult person on set and there are many people involved with 90210 who have gone on record confirming that. Pretty much the entire cast wound up having a problem with her, and the producers got sick of her crap too. There’s nothing wrong with being a fan of hers. She was talented and had a certain charisma but her die-hard fans love to promote this image of her as being a victim of everyone else around her. It’s always everyone else’s fault except hers. Nonsense. She was an arrogant, self-centered brat. She definitely seems to have matured, and what’s happening with her health is terrible, but there’s no need to create a revisionist fantasy of her past troubles staying employed as an actress.

Tiffany Amber Thiessen and Vanessa Mercil both confirmed that Jennie along with Tori were bullies who thought that this was their show and only they can be stars. That's precisely the reason why they couldn't stand Shannen. Because she was prettier and much more talented. And let's face it, This show's greatness was when Shannen was in it. Later it was boring crap.

And yes I’m well aware of what other actors have said about their time joining the cast or as recurring guest stars. Christine Elise was one as well. Jennie and Tori were obviously spoiled brats in their own right. But that doesn’t mean Shannen wasn’t. She wasn’t fired because Jennie and Tori were jealous. She was fired for a number of reasons. And then she was fired again from her next show. (Oh wait, that was all Alyssa’s fault, right?) Because Shannen can do no wrong and everyone else is just jealous, right? Gimme a break. She was a major hindrance to production and a major headache for producers and they eventually said enough is enough. She was way too popular on both shows to be let go for petty reasons. There’s no way they would have let her go unless she was really causing problems. And she was.

I am from 1971 like her, i remember watching Beverlyhills 90210, i was so young....and Shannen character was my favourite. I loved the tv series as i could identify myself with the problems snd stories there (i was also so young) i remember how sad i felt when Brenda and Dillan split up. I feel so sad that she left, also Luke Perry few years ago...the nice perfect couple in my dreams. It's so nice to be young and life goes by so fast.
