The Jets literally allowed Aaron Rodgers to be the de facto head coach and GM. He required the Jets to hire an OC with a terrible track record, and got him the receivers he wanted. And played a role in getting the head coach fired when the head coach wanted to get rid of the OC who puts up some of the worst numbers in the league week after week. No different than Zach Wilson. So he has no more excuses.

The legion boom came and eli Manning defeated Rodgers and Brady... I'm not defending his poor play in a few playoff games but I believe Rodgers competition overall was better in the NFC than Lamar. Lamar didn't just lose to Mahomes where his team was the favorite in.Other than losing the Mahomes once the playoffs none of the teams face were better than Jim harbaugh 49ers, Legion of Boom and borderline super team Bucs.I believe the 2011 Giants that were 9-7 would've ran gauntlet in the AFC. Other than Rodgers being the favorite in his last 2 playoff appearances and a favorite against the 2011 Giants... he was the underdog in majority of his losses.
