No borrowing money EVER! Never a loan or mortgage or lease or payments to be seen. Everything bought and paid for outright; if you don't have the cash to back up big or even smaller purchases, guess what...you can't afford it!!!! House, cars, private schooling, college funds set up at birth by my grandpa/grandparents at my birth so I'd have hundreds of thousands and never have any college debt and any extra money I had left...like staying in-store vs out-of-state even with my academic scholarships...would be money for me to start life with for housing, car, travel, etc. Ocho is right about one thing. The marriage license cost $29.95, and I filled the car with gas for $48.50 that day to go to the Justice of the Peace. Oh, and my wife cooked some delicious ribeye steaks that day, which cost $25.00. The total came to $103.45, and that was 26 years ago. I’m now able to provide my wife with the home she wanted, the car she desires, and vacations whenever she wishes to go. If you ask my wife today if she would change anything, she would say absolutely not. I love this woman more today than I ever thought possible.

I had a cousin who did something similar for her wedding by having the guest stay at this Jamaican resort they was getting married at. And only way you can get access to the wedding is if you booked a room at the resort through this “special” booking package and if you didn’t book that special package or stayed at another resort you would have to pay 200 dollars to get into the wedding. It was a clear finesse by my cousin and that resort.
