I follow Lavar quite a bit. Ive never heard him say anyone owes him anything. Citation needed. I will tell you why I respect Lavar and why that respect far outweighs any of the negative aspects of his personality. This black man is creating generational wealth for his family. His business model is a threat to the established system that only serves to benefit the very best black men but provides hansomely for a much larger number many agents, executives, and others that do not have the talent to create the wealth that their livelihoods are based upon. So I dont care that he "got on" by talking about other players. I'd like to know, why does Lavar Ball telling these grown professional men that his son is better than they are bother you. What this man has done is quite extraordinary. This man raised a son that is the Nba. Another son that led the state in scoring. And he has a third that is likely the best of the three. Let that sink in. Of the boys that are going to be born today, how many of them will ever be good enough to lead the state of California in scoring in high school. How many Division 1 basketball scholarships are given each year. 200. Out of hundreda of thousands of kids that try to do. That extraordinary accomplishment is what gave this man the platform that he has. It just amazes me. The man is a great husband. Great father. Building his own business. Employing black people. And because he says things that other men dont like, you dont like.
