Detective Viverito’s behavior during today’s cross-examination was downright infuriating. She dodged questions, made unnecessary comments, and acted like she knows everything when it’s clear she doesn’t. She’s arrogant, deceitful, and refuses to admit when she’s wrong-qualities that have no place in her job. Honestly, I don’t believe a single word she said. If this is how she handles herself, then every case she’s worked on needs to be investigated. She has no respect for the process, no integrity, and no business being in law enforcement.

Agree 100% with you! She seems like she loves the lifestyle of the people she's investigating and is somewhat jealous of some. The State's last witness was one of the worst. She was not credible, lacks integrity, unprofessional, hostile and her testimony appeared personal towards the defense. Based on her photos, it's obvious what the watch money was spent on....ALLEGEDLY

I will say this, Shardt cooked her butt during his cross. She thought that she'll be able to go back in forth with Shardt. But little did she know that all that extra commentary coming from her would blow up in her lying face. She's been misleading judges, jurors and evidences for a while sending people to prison. After this case, she will be keeping records of what she has done. She definitely has put in her record of memory that she got expose by Shardt. I enjoy watching this actually this is my 3rd time watching.
