Shantanu kabhi relationship mein tha hi nahi nityami ke saath bhi usne yeh kehke introduce kiya that they r in 'liking' phase not love and during this like phase they participated in nach baliye and in Feb they said that they can be just friends and not more than that.in lockdown they cleared it in many instagram live interviews.so breakup word ho hi nahi sakta jab relationship hi nahi tha and about VRUSHAN everyone want them to be couple but abhi tho they r best friends and we wish and pray in future they become couple kyunki kuch sparks tho dikhthe hai and they r best choice for each other
