I read the book while traveling in India and I have been in a few places which are in the book, even stayed at the same guest house when he first arrived in Mumbai. Great book! Let's hope the series is going to be good as well.

@@aziza000 That would be true towards Haryana, UP, Bihar etc. Travelling from Nepal to Pune one time a Marathi girl actually asked me why everything in Patna seemed a bit hazy and yellowish, took me a minute to work out what she was even talking about because I was so used to the dust. The coastal areas down south are rarely ever like that. Different climate, soil, less deforestation, much lower population density.
