It’s week 2 of the dance talent show where dancers of any age and dance style compete to win £50,000 and a chance to perform on Strictly Come Dancing.
Leading the charge to discover the greatest dancer are three superstar dance captains - platinum-selling singer Cheryl, Broadway and Glee star Matthew Morrison and Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse.
The series is hosted by singer and presenter Alesha Dixon and Jordan Banjo, member of multi-award-winning dance troupe Diversity.
The audience hold the power - if they are impressed by the audition, they can vote to open the mirror, and if 75 per cent of the audience vote yes then the mirror will open and the dancer will make it through to the next stage of the competition, the callbacks. Get ready to see talent from across the world of dance, from ballet to jazz, street to ballroom, contemporary to disco as the dancers give the performances of their lives in the hope of opening the mirror.

I just felt that they weren’t the best dancers to win a competition. It had nothing to do with who they are. My daughter is trans and I’ve supported her all the way thru surgeries and hormones. So therefore u know I’m not against who they are. I just felt they weren’t the best dancers to win the competition. But they r super nice and confident. More so then me.

Luis Vizcaino thank u. Yes everyone wants to say that the audience, as well as in the comments, just don’t like them because they r drag. When in reality, most of the negative comments are from those who r making a big deal about the audience and commenters not liking them cuz they were drag. Of course there’s a few hate comments. But there’s always going to be trolls and hate comments. They just weren’t very good dancers. Maybe for like a los Vegas show or something. But not for a national championship of dance.

I personally just didn’t think that they were the best dancers here. Don’t feel they were good enough for this competition. I would go see them in a show, but this is a national championship and most of the other dancers were so much better then them. But I agree that there’s so many who just dislike who they are and that’s so sad. We all need to accept and love others for who they are. Everyone needs to stop the hating and to love and accept everyone for who and what they stand for. I’m sure they would want the same respect in return.

I thinks that the globe girls have a lot of potential and I love the fact that they are drag queens, but if they want to be in a competition and be an international dance group, they need to work on their form and synchronization. They are very creative and really turn out their performances, but when I look at them, I see that some of them are off beat and some don’t sync up with the others. I think that they just need more practice overall, but this was an entertaining performance and I hope to see more of them.
