Shantel needs to focus on her mental health. She needs to move on vecause Nelly has noved on with Ashanti . I understand that it is hard seeing Nelly and Ashanti's happiness when you have no one to love you. It is not necessary to film all the hatred towards Ashanti. Nelly has made his choice and it was not you. On the Real Shantel stated she and Nelly was on a break but that break obviously was a breakup. Get over it Shantel and focus on your mental health because the more you put out the negative energy you will receive it. Shantel needs to start putting out positive energy and maybe she will see the light at the end of the tunnel. We women have all experienced a bad breakup but we got over it.
