In today's video, I am going to show you an ashram of haridwar where your stay and food is absolutely free. Yes, this is one of the most beautiful place of haridwar and this is also one of the best tourist attractions in Haridwar. Name of this beautiful Ashram is Shantikunj Ashram.
Shantikunj is a world-renowned ashram and headquarter of All World Gayatri Pariwar (AWGP), located in Haridwar. Established in 1971 by Pandit Shri Ram Sharma Acharya, and Mata Bhagwati Devi Sharma. Shantikunj is a major attraction in Haridwar among visitors in search of spirituality.
It has now emerged as an epicenter of spiritual and moral regeneration. Shantikunj's Gayatri Pariwar now has several millions followers and is visited by eminent personalities like Dalai Lama, Murari Bapu, etc.
Shantikunj is working towards national integration and awakening of cultural, ethical, moral and spiritual values of people. This complex offers spiritual teachings, trainings and education about spiritual and moral enlightenment in human. Shantikunj also has Brahmavarchas Shodh Sansthan, a research institute and Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, a residential university in its campus. It also provides free Ayurvedic treatment for the needy.
Room Facilities and Services
• Visitors are given a maximum permission of two day stay and they are required to participate in all its daily activities.
Stay arrangement is free of cost. There is no need for prior reservation.
• Their rooms are fitted with all basic
requirements.
They have single and double rooms. Ashram provides all vegetarian meals.

Initially, the Shanti Kunj Ashram booked room through their website and intimate to the pilgrimage. After that and before 2-3 days, they intimate to the pilgrimage that they had cancelled the booking. That is the beauty of Shanti Kunj Ashram ! ☹
