Give him soul forfeit and he can basically be boss level similar to mk9. Shao deserves it more than anyone. Makes it more since he’s one of my favourites in the series I would also give it to Kotal and geras since they pretty much in concept are boss characters(if NRS treated Them that way properly) and maybe Sheeva as well

Have you used Spawn bro? The Soul Forfeit ability belongs to Spawn, and it sacrifices one offensive meter to unlock all Krushing Blows without meeting any requirements to use his Krushing Blows. I used Ermaccer’s mod to equip Shao Kahn with Spawn’s Soul Forfeit
